Went as a group of 5 for some food whilst we were Christmas shopping. When ordering the girl behind the till didn't understand that I wanted extra chips with both meals and kept getting it wrong. When we got the food the chilli con carne came out with no rice. When we told the person giving us the food he... More

We often go to Wetherspoons pubs and know you pay for what you get. Today was different the place is dirty, your feet stick to the floor, the toilets had midgy flies flying around the seat and the service was even worse. Would not recommend this one at all unless you want raw bacon on your burger, to feel dirty... More

Reminiscent of a student union! 2-4-1 cocktails from 5 to 9 and food is OK. The toilets aren't the best, but were clean enough.

It's sticky, dirty, and if you go to use the downstairs toilets be prepared for the smell to hit you when you open the door. You can lose shoes where they stick to the floor and sometimes it's so busy you get covered in other people's sweat when you're queuing at the bar. But that doesn't stop me from going... More

Tables were dirty, and sticky, the place felt very unclean. Took my drink back twice as the Carlsberg stank of eggs which was awful. Seems very run down these days despite perhaps this being masked by the decent screens and large floor which im sure will vbe good for groups at night. Wont be returning here given the other superb... More

Quite a good friendly atmosphere in the daytime with plenty of customers eating. There are numerous TVs showing sporting events. Different age group in the evenings aimed more at the young

The pub is a decent enough venue for a beer and burger at a reasonable price. Seems set up for large crowds which is not normally my thing. However when we visited it was a great day and we got a seat outside just across from the old amphitheater and it was a pleasant place to while away an hour.

As it says on the tin really, we were here on a Saturday night and between 5pm and 9pm it's buy one get one free on a few drinks, what more can you ask for. It's always busy and plenty of sport on
