We did a walk through of the park en route to the Riverside and were immediately struck by the tranquility. Many benches to rest on and watch the squirrels darting about.

Full of hills and twists and turns this is a park that will test your legs and back but well worth it just to get to the viewing platform and see the River.

We are going to visit here for longer on our next trip. There's a model Railway a lovely cafe though we did not go in there (As yet) lovely surroundings and it's a great way to get to the river. Beautiful flowers and scenery.
