My brother and I with our wives visited Glendurgan Gardens and the Tea House concession last Tuesday. Whilst the gardens were very enjoyable, our visit was spoiled by the penny pinching and mean spirited attitude of the Tea House staff. - David & Hattie Rutherford take note -. Not being big tea drinkers, my brother asked for 3 pots of... More

Gorgeous garden, maze, 'the stride' and a beach - the kids didn't want to leave - and we were enchanted. The flowers were just perfect at this time of year and the icecream on the beach wrapped up a perfect visit - along with a run around the maze (my husband cheated! - but we did it the proper way).

This garden is small but well layed out and had rhododendruns and Azaleas out in full bloom. The Maze was amazing and it was fun watching the people try and get to the middle and back out again from the outlook balcony. The cove and beach were welcome to sit and relax. The coastal path also was great with fantastic... More

Lovely to walk through the spring gardens and sit on beach . Discover the history at the fish cellars. Fun for children to discover about nature on the trails

The paths are interesting with different experiences around every corner, culminating in the tiny and picturesque hamlet of Durgan. Well worth a visit.

As National Trust members, we made a visit to Glendurgan part of our holiday in Falmouth. We were not disappointed by the attractive displays of shrubs and other plants in the Gardens leading down the valley to the Helford River. The maze proved to be an interesting challenge! Later, we discovered the cute hamlet of Durgan at the lower end... More

Came here for the first time in July 2016 on a really hot day - wonderful gardens, sometimes difficult to access due to slopes and steps but easy enough. The maze in the centre is brilliant.. my daughter (she was 4 at the time) and I spent a good 40 minutes getting to the centre and back out and enjoyed... More

Visited here with the boys (9&6) Friendly staff on arrival in the car park & at the entrance. The boys were given a challenge sheet for exploring which they loved. The maze is great & we did it without using the 'map' on the back of the chalenge sheet!!! We ventured off the main routes which are not buggy friendly... More

An interesting series of paths all with interesting colourful plants.Being at magnolia and narcissus time was a bonus and you can chose different ways through garden to the cove at the bottom go on the beach with its charming cottages and then return by a completely different way to the maze which is a fun for adults and children alike... First thing I must mention this isn't the best place if you are on a wheelchair. Also if you are not a confident walker then it could stop you from going to certain areas. Now the main review. This is pretty especial with plenty to see and at the end the beautiful beach. We went with friends and our 2... More
