Sunday roast top class, I think it's the best I've ever eaten :) lovely stuff and great friendly local people, dog friendly pub, they also have rooms to rent if needed, basic but great, we enjoyed our two day stay with dog :)

The Jacob's Ladder isn't as good as the Seaview along the road, but it is nevertheless a decent enough boozer. It seems to have a mixed clientele with students at one end of the bar and old stagers at the other. Loads of stuff on blackboards advertising various themes and events suggests that it might be a lively pub on... More

We wanted a fairly cheap overnight stay in Falmouth. We were welcomed and given the free WiFi code and code to front door so we could come and go as we pleased. The room was perfectly adequate and as advised there were shared facilities. It would have been better with another toilet as when someone was in the shower there... More

Although my friend and I had booked the wrong date, they went out of their way to find us another place to stay. Appreciated it as they were very busy, and so grateful.

We enjoyed walking up all the steps to this inn. We were greeted to a loud, entertaining bunch at the inn and enjoyed a nice glass of ale. Nice atmosphere and friendly people.

We had heard good things about there Sunday lunch. Didn't fancy the 111 steps up from the town so drove round the back streets to get there finally found somewhere to park in street. We were greeted by a friendly lady. Pub looked a little shabby, ordered 2 chicken roasts waited quite a while, when it arrived was not impressed!!!

On the saturday night there was a band on and the noise did travel but they finished by midnight and hey, its a room above a pub... More

Made the climb up from the moor via the road. Didn't fancy the steps. Well worth the effort. A friendly welcoming traditional inn. Warm welcome from both staff and locals alike. Food well cooked and tasty plenty for us. On leaving asked if they could tell us a taxi number, the offer of ringing them for us was accepted. Will... More
