Situated in the centre of Newquay offering a variety of Newquay and Cornish displays and general items. One of 70 small community museums throughout Cornwall volunteers are available to assist with enquiries. Museum room open 3.5 days a week with the 'Corridor Gallery' open during normal office hours throughout the week. Adjacent to Newquay Bus Station access is by a short flight of low stairs.

Obviously set up and run by real enthusiasts who change the displays through the year. Many fascinating insights into local history. The U Boat information was amazing and all new to me! Wasn't sure what to expect but really glad we went and viewed. Came...More

We found this museum on google maps and thought we’d come and visit on a rainy day in Newquay and were pleasantly surprised! It was free entry but welcomed donations. It had so much information about the history around Newquay and the South West and...More
