AMAZING EXPERIENCE FOR GOLF
Jan 2020
when I went to this place and I thought it was excellent. don't really play golf that much but I absolutely loved it. my wife and children also loved the experience as well. we played pitch and putt and the view as well was outstanding. really would recommend coming to this place and having a go at golf.

Great views
Sep 2020 • Friends
Only played the pitch and putt course but the the par 3 course looked excellent, probably the best well kept pitch and putt in the country and the views are amazing, good practice for golfers and great fun for all, just wish I’d had time for the par 3 course as well

Experience ruined by Managers bad attitude & small minded approach
Aug 2020 • Family
Enjoyed the course but unfortunately our experience was ruined early on when our game was abruptly interrupted by the Manager who approached us on a quad bike (so not the quietest of means) aggressively barking at us about the number of golf bags we didn’t have - a point genuinely overlooked by ourselves but neither pointed out by another member of staff at the kiosk where we paid (for all 3 of us I must add) Let’s not forget we weren’t the final group on Sunday at The Masters here!

All a rather disappointing & upsetting experience for my 10 year old son who was looking forward to the round all holiday. Not a good look in front of an Impressionable youngster and as a result would not recommended this course to anyone, ever.

Great range hitting
Aug 2020 • Business
Hit a Liverpudlian with a golf ball, by accident (didn’t know they were northern at the time!) thankfully she was fine. 10/10 will bring my own clubs next time!

Yearly visit for the Holywell Bay Invitational
Aug 2020 • Friends
We have been visiting the pitch and putt for years and years, and while it’s still a good course and great fun, there are a few things that could be improved.
The tee boxes are in terrible condition. With there being little room to move them to protect the grass an investment in 3G mats would minimise upkeep but give a decent surface to hit off.
Also the greens weren’t as good as previous years, particularly the cut of the holes. That said we still, like every year, thoroughly enjoyed the course.
Filling the game we went to Woodys. The staff couldn’t have looked less happy to be there is they tried. Again we understand it’s difficult times and a lot of things are different, but a smile and some personality cost nothing.
Let’s see how it is same time next year!

Great golf course and views!
Aug 2020 • Couples
Fantastic afternoon out! The pitch and put was great and the views were incredible. Even in the height of summer it wasn’t too busy and the 18 holes took us around 2 hours (we are no way golfers).

Stunning scenery and fun!
Aug 2020
Stunning scenery, played pitch and putt course with teenage kids aged 15 and 17 and elderly 78 year old mother, all of us thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff in the golf shop were very helpful and changed my club with no issues when I realised I might be left handed! Had lunch in Woodys afterwards on site, lovely food and very reasonable, all COVID measures in place and adhered to in both places, fabulous day out!

Had a great family game of mini golf and some food in the cafe. Only criticism is the staff seem a bit miserable

Excellent Pitch and Putt and Mini/Crazy Golf
Aug 2019
We went to play the Mini/Crazy Golf which is a new course and is really good. Hole number 2 was my nemesis on our first round but I practically did a victory dance when I got a hole in one on the very same hole, on another day....Sorry just had to re-live the moment. Anyway, just lovely and will look stunning when fully landscaped.

The Pitch and Putt is so brilliant. The views, and the challenges made it a perfect way to spend 2 1/2 hours. I think this must be a larger than average Pitch and Putt. If I remember rightly one distance from tee to hole was 180 yards! My husband and I are very, very novice but our 12 year old son (who has golf lessons) beat us gracefully. I do not think this is a course for very young children unless they are golf mad.

The 18 hole is called "Death or Glory" and is absolutely unique. My husband lost the round here due to a lost golf ball!

Tips. Hire plenty of extra balls to take on to the course. You get your money back if you don't lose them. Don't forget your water, hat and sunscreen!

Amazing Pitch and Putt !
Aug 2019 • Family
Located on the coast with amazing views. Family of 3 played and had a great time that some of us drove the 40 mins drive to play again later in the week as its a great course for non golfers. Really good value for money for few hours fun and relaxing at the 19th hole.
