Spent many summer evenings here surfing with my family, a great clean and open beach. Plenty of room for parking and good for beginner surfers.

Polzeath Beach has something for everyone. Lots of surfers, families with children and couples. It is very pretty, clean, dog friendly (April) & lots of rock pools to explore. There are few shops & cafes dotted around. We parked on the beach £2.10 for 2...More

We visited one of our favourite Cornish beaches on a rare sunny day in spring. It’s a great beach with many facilities, parking close by and toilets plus plenty of places for food and drink. There are lifeguards so safe for bodyboarding and surfing. We...More

An exhilarating blustery walk. We were able to walk on the beach! Rocks covered in mussels... Very clean and beautiful. It was a shame it was so misty. Handy cafe selling tea and coffee.

Polzeath Beach is a beautiful beach but hate going there in the peak season as it gets absolutely packed, and no where to park and no room on the beach. I think it is more popular now that many people know that the royals frequent...More

A must see and go to when in the area. We were very luck with the weather and even went surfing. It can get very busy during the summer but our visit was perfect as not too busy.

We only stopped at 'The Waterfront' for coffee but were tempted on to the beach for a paddle. It must be wonderful in good weather although we chose a changeable, cold day. Friends at home stay here regularly so we decided to investigate. There did...More
