The Tops!

Great for kids, great for surfers, great for walkers - with or without dogs! This was my first trip to this beach, but it won't be the last.

What can you say about this beach that hasn't already been said. It's beautiful. Maybe the best bay in Cornwall ? I'm sure that is overstating it, but I don't care. Love it.

Great beach which connected across rocks at low tide to further beaches almost to Porth. Kite surfers were fun to watch. Dog friendly.

visited with teenage daughter's, weekend before Easter , relatively busy with Surf schools and experienced surfers , but still enough room on the beach for beginners and was surprised how accommodating and supportive the more competent surfers were of us obvious beginners, really enjoyed our day and even managed to get the girls on a coastal walk before enjoying a... Stunningly lovely bay not overly crowded like Fistral can be. Small range of shops and of course surfing outlets.

This large beach north of Newquay is stunning and wonderful for a walk. Even with many people out on a sunny day you could still find your own space. Watch the surfing and enjoy the golden sands. Parking is easy, although facilities are limited. The roads in and out are a bit narrow in places.

Beautiful Beach for a walk, we had a coffee from the beach's cafe and had a meal at the fifteen restaurant. Worth a visit.

worth a trip just to enjoy the view, Watergate Hotel and Jamie's 15 are there and the car park was easy to find a space in.There are lovely walks but some steep hills, so you better be fit. Wax is a cool bar for a drink too.

Thank Carol M
