I had a bad experience while in beer garden. Contacted the manager and he sorted it out. Spoke to staff and will replace fauty items. I found his response very good.

The pub was incredibly busy, food looked and smelt nice, unable to get a table though, staff were lovely and apologised. Great view to enjoy with a drink though.

An uninspiring menu, pretty unpleasant service. We only ate there as it was the only option for lunch. Really not appealing.
