Although we visited right at the end of the season we still thoroughly enjoyed the gardens and the view of St Michaels mount from the terrace is wonderful. Also an excellent cafe in the grounds and a NT shop selling plants and other gifts.

unfortunately we chose the wrong day and towards the end of September not that much to see. Sure earlier in the yesr and on a dry sunny day would be great. Intend to go again next year on a sunny day.

This garden is really a series of gardens, so much to see. We could have spent all day instead of just the morning and lunch. The food in the restaurant was good with plentiful portions. My highlights were the tree fern forest, the kitchen gardens,...More

Spent a couple of glorious hours exploring the absolutely beautiful gardens, admiring the views from the terrace and wishing we lived in the house. Then to top it off had the best cream tea ever. Blackcurrant jam is the best. Plus hubby was kept happy...More
