Lands End Cycle Hire provides the best range of hire bikes: electric, road, hybrids and mountain bikes for all ages and abilities. We also provide bikes for children, trailers, kids seats and tag-a-longs. Bikes can be delivered (free for groups or multi day hires to Penzance/St Just), or cycle from our base at Geevor Tin Mine, Pendeen.

We stumbled across lands end cycle hire on a visit to the tin mine and decided to give them a look. Right from the beginning Pete was very friendly and helped us to pick our e-bikes for the hire as well as recommending a route for our adventure. After that he installed a couple of panniers and a phone holder on our bikes for navigation. These items are essential for a good trip out for lunch and jacket storage in my opinion.
We put the bikes through their paces on a 45 kilometer journey around the cornish coast, visiting sites of interest such as the Botallack mine, lands end and various neolithic monuments in St Buryan. The bikes handled all of the cornish hills easily and dealt with the distance in their stride; I had around half battery left.
At the end of the day we met with Pete back at the store and handed over the bikes. Both of us had a really great time and this would not have been the same without lands end cycle hire.
A sidenote; both bikes were clearly very well maintained. All gears worked great as well as the breaks and power systems. We will be back in cornwall and we will be returning to lands end cycle hire for more adventures in the future.

I got in contact with Peter and he guided me with what would be the best options for a family trip of seven of various ages from spritely grandparents to energetic teens! Very knowledgeable and great advice on routes! Will definitely use when I'm back in Cornwall!

Peter was fantastic, very friendly and extremely professional. When we arrived both my husbands and my bike were all ready to collect. He got the sizing of both bikes perfect, even both helmets didn’t need adjusting. He also said if there was any problems just to contact him. After having the bikes for four days we asked if we could try out the e bikes, which once again was no trouble. Couldn’t fault the service. Definitely recommend. We’ll be back in September for more. Thank you so much.

We were so impressed with how helpful Peter was. I felt I was being a bit of an awkward customer so thank you for being very patient!! He found the best bikes which suited us the best. We were shown how to work the bikes, gears and breaks. The only thing I would mention is that it would have been nice to have the option of helmets or advised to bring our own. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful time and the service was brilliant. Thank you!!

Fabulous experience renting from Peter at Lands End Cycle Hire! Peter was able to deliver the bikes to us, and provided excellent advice regarding cycle routes. E bike rentals the best choice here no matter your fitness level. They enable you to tackle the steep grades on narrow roads with ease! We really enjoyed our 3 day cycle adventures to St Michael’s Mount, Sennen Cove, and the North Coast to Zennor and Pendeen. Truly stunning scenery. We even met Peter on our travels and picked up more trip tips,!
Lands End is the best Cycle Hire in the area! Highly recommended! I would definitely use their services again.

We hired a couple of road bikes for 3 days while on holiday. We had initially approached another local company but they hadn't been too helpful. Lands End Cycle Hire could not have been more different. From beginning to end Peter was helpful and easy to deal with. He took the details of our sizing and pedal requirements, we gave him a quick call on the morning we were due to collect the bikes and he had everything ready when we arrived. He had plenty of useful advice on local cycling routes and even recommended a beer stop afterwards. We are both reasonably experienced cyclists but I had the feeling he would have provided plenty more help had we needed it. We would definitely use Lands End Cycle Hire again if we were back in the area.
