We came upon these gardens by accident - they have different entrances within the rambling streets of Penzance and are a delight to find. Previously the grounds of a private house, the city council of the day opened these as gardens in 1889. Paths wind...More

I remembered these gardens from childhood visits. There are pathways bordered by palms and other exotic plants, Water for calmness. The gardens are well maintained and are a great place to spend a quiet time away from the bustle of town or promenade.

Pleasant walk but needs some maintenance (Sept 14th 2018), Alcohol is banned, clearly there is a problem in the vicinity.

Easy to find, just go up the street by the Queens Hotel off the marine parade. An enchanting garden with a pavillion and a lovely pond. Good planting, lots of shady places and palm plants. Do not miss it, and free!

Really lovely subtropical gardens. We found this whilst walking in the older part of Penzance town - very relaxing and extremely well looked after.

We came across this garden by accident as we were wandering the old streets. It really is a hidden gem in the heart of the town. Away from the port and bustling shops. We had a very pleasant stroll through here, worth seeking out.

Morrab garden is open to public so there aren't any tickets. I didn't saw any signs indicate that dogs are not allowed. If you have it on the leash and be prepared to clean any "products" there will not be an issue.
