Had a really enjoyable boat trip to seal island. Very friendly informative staff. The boat was very clean, we really enjoyed the experience and would recommend this boat

Just a lovely trip 3 of us and a dog and a highly knowledgeable skipper. And we were lucky to see The Waverley paddle steamer up close too. Worth every penny to see the seals and hear about the history of the light house.

Loved every minute of the trip, very informative and friendly staff, even offered us biscuits. Seal island was amazing with plenty of seals and birds to see. Worth every penny

Ash scattering trip itself was cancelled due to weather/boat issues but the company were very helpful, referred me to another local boat hire and transferred the money over to the other company saving me a bunch of stress at a difficult time.

Sadly, as our boat was damaged a couple of days before your planned ashes scattering ceremony, we were unable to fulfil your requirements. We are pleased that our recommended alternative company were able to eventually fulfil your wishes, even after a hiccup with the weather. Thank you for choosing Little Mermaid and for your review.

Brilliant trip to see the seals x very informative too and a fun trip back to harbour x very helpful getting me on and off the boat as I have a bad knee I find it hard to step or down on a boat but the skipper and crew couldn’t have been more caring x

It would be great if we could accommodate every passenger aboard Little Mermaid, despite their agility. In your case, it was a pleasure to assist you in your endeavours to board the boat and we're so pleased that you had a brilliant trip.

We were driving down to Lands End and decided to break the journey up by stopping at St.Ives. It was a great choice. We took a trip out on Little Mermaid on a beautiful day. The boat was arguably the best of many in the harbour. The Skipper was superb, very welcoming and knew exactly where to go to get the best of the wildlife on that day. We saw many seals and without asking he would reposition the boat to it was the most stable in the current and also got the best angles to get tje best photos. His was clearly looking to give us a great experience, which he did, rather than just go through the motions. To ensure this we were nearly 30 minutes over our alloted time, which was above and beyond expectations.
Obviously I would totally recommend having a trip on little Mermaid.

This was an ad hoc trip booked on the day because of the beautiful weather. We are so pleased that we did as it was amazing. The captain (boat driver!?!) was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area and the seals. The boat itself in my humble opinion was the nicest of those available that day. A great experience and well worth the money! If you don't own a boat or have a pet seal I thoroughly recommend this trip!!
