Typical old pub with yellows glow and way too much wood. Quiz night was good but we had intended to have a meal first but we’re told there was no food on quiz nights which was a pity. It doesn’t mention this on their website

Visited 3 times last weekend and my wife lived the mulled cider with an additional shot of rum. Friendly welcome and well kept beer made this our favourite pub in St Ives

Great old old old boozer with massive range of real ale and was full of the Bamaluz Bootleggers singing shanty songs all afternoon over a few pints!! Great afternoon spent singing along to Camborn Hill and suppin' brew.

Visited last Monday and joined in the quiz, great fun and good atmosphere, Quiz Liz was in charge and challenged the brain matter. Didn't eat this time although there was a curry night on.

We stopped here on our last day in St Ives. A great little find we stumbled across. We ordered food which arrived in a reasonable time, food was lovely, home cooked and boiling hot! Bar staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
