Lovely well kept beach which was clean and tidy. Be aware taht there are numerous steep steps but if you walk further towards the town, it gets a bit more accessible.

Beautiful sandy beach nestled amidst the steep slopes of the buildings of St Ives. Amazing views from the higher roads. Lots of field parking at reasonable price, a few minutes walk to the beach though. Boats, shops and many, many wonderful places to eat.

Even on a wet and windy day in January the views of the bay are stunning - we took the little train from St Erth and thoroughly enjoyed the trip :)

On Christmas Day we made a drive into St Ives. St Ives seems more a geographical expression than a "town," as there are several villages and build up areas that make up "St Ives."  We did, however get to the beach area near the Tate...More

Just use a USA to UK travel adapter. The iPad plug and adapter do the rest. I used my iPhone and iPad in the U.S. fine using the same in reverse. But why not also get Apple's advice for peace of mind?
