Worth every penny.(£7.50 concession). Such a beautiful river, so many interesting buildings on either side and so much history. The captain’s stole naval humour hilarious, right up to and including his “controlled crash” berthing st the end requiring both hands. Highly recommended.

This is the best way to arrive at Greenways from Dartmouth. The ferry leaves at regular intervals and takes about 30 mins to reach the house. On the return journey we saw a seal resting on a pontoon. Thank you
