Good menu but food not what I expected, a little let down by the food against the price. Should have been better. But great location so not knocking it as a venue as others might like what’s on offer. Would go back but only because...More

Hello PaulH Gosh, I'm a tad confused! Not sure when your visit was but some of your points above do not relate to our Blackpool Sands in South Devon! Firstly we are most definitely NOT a nudist beach!! Not sure which beach you saw this...More

Good beach in pleasant surroundings which in winter is free although I believe in summer is expensive to park. Excellent for dog walking with a good cafe which is dog friendly. It has a separate room to eat and drink with dog beds for your...More

Lovely little out of the way place, probably better to go in the winter or at least out of season when the place is best enjoyed. Beware, the parking fees are exhorbitant.

Dear Anthony P Not sure when you visited but currently it is FREE parking until we open for the season again in March! Hardly 'exhorbitant' :)

A really lovely beach to visit. Beautiful surrounding area and coast line. Decent café and plenty of space to sit and drink and eat while looking at the sea.

Amazing beach that would put some foreign beaches to shame however, the car park cost is shocking. Absolutely no need to charge this much.

Wow what a beautiful place. Sunny autumn day. Coffee from Venus cafe right on beach. Lots of parking, clean facilities - showers and toilets - on this privately managed beach with interesting history going back hundreds of years. Friendly cafe and car park staff, great...More

Why o why do we allow businesses to rip us off with parking charges and not demand decent clean usable toilets. So much for council public health.

Hi, i never said extortionate, I said expensive. If you properly read what I wrote you will find I thought it was good value if you were to spend the day there.

Only during the winter not in the holiday season, which I believe is from Easter until end of October. This is a blue flag beach.
