We enjoyed a fantastic afternoon fast boat trip with our 7year old grandson. The weather and sea were was perfect and we went out to the Mew Stone to see the seals and their pups before heading off to Scabbacombe to see the fulmars and gulls. Our grandson was given the opportunity to drive the boat and was overjoyed at... More

Went on a 90 min rib trip with kai this week! It was abpsolutley amazing it was "slightly choppy" in Kai's words which meant we got bashed about a bit as we were sat near the front. Saw amazing wildlife including seals! Multiple people were given goes driving the 280hp rib, even allowed to complete "tight turns and manouvers". Fantastic... More

Myself and my 10 year old son went on the nature escape today. It was great fun. We out to sea. Saw lots of seals. My son said he was having the time off his life. It was well worth the money.

Me and a group of 6 others went on a hen do down in Dartmouth and had an amazing time with this company. We took a boat ride looking at wildlife (seals and a variety of sea birds), had a private yoga session on a secret beach and got taken to watch a regatta. The knowledge of our driver was... More

Booked this for my daughter as it seemed to be the only wildlife specific tour out of Dartmouth. The guide was friendly and informative. The ride was more appropriate for those that want a white knuckle ride on a rib and have little or no wildlife knowledge. In my opinion too much time was focused on the history of the... More

Booked last minute, a private charter for my wife and 14 year daughter. It's absolutely the best way to see Dartmouth and surrounding waters, and Kye an absolutely fascinating host, full of natural history knowledge, local gossip and good stories. The best two hours in the most beautiful of locations, I can't recommend it highly enough.

I was after a surprise trip for my wife's birthday and Kye and the team couldn't be more accommodating. A simple phonecall and a memorable trip the result. A fun trip the kids will remember for a long time, filled with knowledgeable local information. It started with a trip up the river dart for a late lunch followed by a... More

We wanted something different to do on our 25th wedding anniversary weekend. With 8 family and friends we booked a four hour trip with Kye at great escapes. We had a tour down the river Dart to the Mulsters Pub where we had a splendid champagne breakfast. Then we headed out to sea for a blast around the Mew stone... More

We had a couple of hours to fill, so booked a last minute rock pool adventure with Emily. As a family who live by the sea and often explore the coast on our own, I was unsure how it would turn out....but we were not disappointed. Emily was so enthusiastic, a marine biologist full of fun knowledge and stories about... More
