Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Booked to go to IPlay with my 4 year old grandson, hadn’t been before so had no idea the parking was so limited. When we arrived today, there were 5/6 car in front trying to park. IPlay is located on an industrial estate so if you can’t park on site it’s virtually impossible to park elsewhere, luckily I have a mini and managed to squash on the end of a road, most places on the road are full with people working on marsh Barton, anywhere else is double yellow lines. The website should state limited parking.

The play area itself is ok, not the best we’ve been too, a little limited to be honest, drinks priced ok.

Probably won’t visit again due to the parking and not great variety of soft play. Wasn’t the most exciting place even for a 4 year old.

Hi Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We do state online and in your booking confirmation that there is limited parking. So we are sorry to hear this was missed, the road we are located on and the road behind doesn't have double yellow lines. As stated on the booking email during our busier times parking can be limited and we advise to car share where possible and allow for plenty of time to find parking. Many Thanks iBounce

A fun trampoline park in Exeter. Our children love this trampoline park and we’ve been on numerous occasions and had the same great service and fun! Great activity for children in Exeter.

Very small and repetitive soft play area. Toilets were dirty, no toilet paper or hand towels. Carpets were dirty. The whole place is just a little run down. Best thing about the place were the staff, very friendly and helpful.

This place need to up their game. You have to queue for ages at the cafe. One member of staff is just not enough. Takes for ever to get served.

Do not listen to the pathetic reviews. Exeter is a small city and having a venue luke this lifts it in my opinion. It is a little cramped but who cares when the kids have a brilliant indoor play complex, trampolines, a simple but nice cafe with nice young people serving with smiles, and loadssss of adult gym and classes available too
Amazing variety and quality for such a small place.

Kids bringing crisps into all the play zones, not watching them, toddlers getting hurt by older children who aren’t meant to be in toddler areas. Carnage and chaos. Lazy day out at its finest.

Very few parking spaces & extremely tight to get in. Be prepared to reverse.
Staff looked rather miserable.
In desperate need of a clean.
Water dripping from the ceiling onto the tables in the cafe.
Extremely crowded.
Equipment looked like it could do with replacing.
Food was extremely poor although the coffee was nice.
On the plus side the kids had fun but wouldn’t come again.

We pre-booked the trampoline park because the weather was a bit rubbish and our 7 year old enjoys a trampoline park. We were away on holiday and not familiar with the venue or area.
I had already signed the waivers and watched the safety video online so we didn’t need to go into the briefing room. We had 1 hour on the trampolines starting at 4pm.
There was a big pillow you could jump onto, the material was split right where you land, not very safe!
There were plastic balls within a caged part that were being thrown with force between jumpers.
Two of the interactive games weren’t working.
The whole place was grim, the stairs to the cafe area were sticky, rubbish strewn around, the ladies toilets were horrid, only one out of two toilets were in use, two sinks with one tap moving as you turned it on and water all over the floor.
Hardly any of the lockers worked and were tiny.
The roof lights were leaking water onto two of the trampolines.
I would never visit here again!

We arrived and it was already a shambles, practically ten year old staff were very rude at the front desk. Not a good start, surely it cant get much worse, Oh yes it can.

We then got taken to a safety briefing room, if you can call it that. Really just a bare room with uncomfortable benches. It probably would have been more comfortable sat on the floor, although I wouldn't recommend it as it was absolutely filthy!

This is just the start,

We were then allowed onto the park, 10 minutes late but nevertheless allowed on. We were having a brilliant time until about half way through when this horrible child started using foul language against my child. He was using the f word and even called my son the bad 'c' word. We brought this to the attention of the staff but they just blatantly ignored us. Rude.

Overall just an awful expereince. Save yourself the money and GO TO FLIP OUT.

Incompetent and Rude staff and obviously just as incompetent managers.

Came to iPlay today with my Grandson, we did the upgrade which was great value for money. We have never been before Hollie was great with checking us in and showing us the safety video. And for the coffees in the cafe, 10/10 Louise was very friendly and made a lovely caramel latte. These two staff members are a credit to your team! Will definitely be returning :)
