Exeter's largest taxi company, with offices at Exeter St David's train station, Exeter City Centre and Exeter International Airport, we have all gateways into and out of the Southwest covered.
With over 300 vehicles operating in the greater Exeter area, we take our environmental responsibilities very seriously. Driver got to my pick up early and drove off because I wasn't there. He was early! Basically wanted to get back in to town to do more drops and make more money so left me stranded alone at midnight because i was heading out of town. called and the lady operator on the phone on the night of 2/12 was rude obnoxious and hung up and didn't care or listen at all to me . luckily when I called again a chap sent me another one but this was 45 mins later and on hold for ages. pretty sure on a quite January evening my fair may have been more important to them! dangerous to leave lone females' stranded - shocking service and terrible customer care.

Had a taxi from a local hospital had to pay the fare before we left hospital grounds. On arrival of dropping off the taxi driver hit my cat and I stopped him and said that you have just hit my cat in which his response was no I did not unfortunately my cat was found deceased and sped off down the road will not be using your company again

Was a little hesitant to use Apple Taxis when visiting Exeter after reading some of the most recent reviews. We called the taxi company from our hotel and they arrived within 5mins. Driver was friendly and reasonable priced fare. We used the taxi company again the same day, going into the office to book. Staff were helpful and polite. Taxi arrived at time advised & again, taxi driver was friendly and chatty. Can only say for us, they were the prefect company to use whilst visiting Exeter and would highly recommend.

Called For a taxi to receive the call from the most irritated women. Had an attitude from the get go.
Mucking about when asking us where our destination was.
Intolerant and defensive attitude.
Driver did his part, he deserved the review but she made worst prize.

There are other taxi companies in the city. The simple fact is they are not reliable and if you need to depart at a set time do not use them. I booked the transport at 7am for a departure at 8am. The taxi arrived at 8:20. A very apologetic man but apologies don’t help when you are late for a train. He told me they are always running late and he did not understand why they gave him the job.
Honestly if you need a reliable company go elsewhere.

Booked a taxi through the phone yesterday and tried today (02/10&03/10). On both occasions man behind the phone was very rude and unprofessional. Book through the app if you can. Not worth ruining your day.

Booked a taxi they cancelled after agreed time worst service ever . Then they wouldn’t give another time left stranded with 3 children under 7

Pre-booked a taxi to take me and my family to the Airport, on what will probably be my mums last holiday.
Taxi was late, phoned the call centre to be told taxi was 2-3 mins away, eventually after a further 20 mins wait taxi finally arrived.
The drivers attitude was terrible, in any other circumstance I've had told him to do one, but now being over half hour late, had little choice.
The centralised call centre is shocking.
Save yourself hassle and book with an alternative company.

Email and on line form completed . NO REPLY Booked taxi for pick up at exeter Airport early on a monday morning , Four adults, two children. Did not arrive Rung them several times to chase 8 seater. Spoke to drivers there , who advised that they were not given any names for pick up. I the end just jumped in to two cars. On e driver refused to take 4 suitcases.

Sunday 17.09.23 I accepted what was a very high quote of £19 for a 2.5mile (6 minute) trip because I needed to get my friend who has mobility issues home in a hurry. They were available in 5 mins which was great and I prepared to pay by card over the phone. After keeping me on hold for a while the operator announced that actually I could pay the driver directly. When the driver showed up within the 5 mins as promised he required a payment of £37. I was shocked and angry but he had me over a barrel so I paid. I am still furious and now trying unsuccessfully to contact the company to complain .
