The castle has excellent views . It is not large but has an interesting layout with secret doors .The owner is the not so wealthy Duke of Devon not to be confused with the Duke of Devonshire who resides at the much larger Chatsworth

We were guests at a truly memorable Banquet Night. Great Service, wonderful food and atmosphere. The minstrels and pre dinner drinks were great and dinner in front of a giant log fire was wonderful
