Came here with friends in January and it was really enjoyable! I must admit I was a bit sceptical when we arrived as it’s above a car garage, a little walk away from the centre of Plymouth. But it was really great. The gentleman you runs it and came up with the challenges was very friendly and you can see he takes pride in the challenges he’s created. Shame you can’t do it twice (or at least no point in doing so). One of the best ER’s I’ve done

Brilliant challenge. Well thought-out, great range of clues. Some really nice little touches. V welcoming owner. One of the best challenges we’ve seen like this and was also better value for money than some other escape rooms.

Best escape room we have done in Plymouth or Exeter and we have done quite a few now. Joshua the host was brilliant. Very imaginative and we would totally recommend to anyone. Really looking forward to doing another Roomsmiths in future - thanks for a great experience.

What to do on a rainy day on holiday? So glad we decided on this escape room. It's a cool place. Not a fancy corporate place but a great small business with a great puzzle put together and I think that's the key, the puzzle. Once you're in the game its all about solving the puzzles and this was great and very cleverly put together. You can see the personal touch is there. A new game in the pipeline. Would definitely recommend.

This was the best one we've done, and we've done quite a lot. Complex in its simplicity with lots of hidden extras. Allow 1-2 hours. Easy to find with lots of parking.

We are keen escape room enthusiasts and this was one of the best we have been to. Great host, interesting varied puzzles, with plenty for everyone to do in our party of five. Highly recommend and can't wait for your new one to come to fruition. Thank you for a great experience.

Firstly Amazing and brilliant and exhilarating experience run by the brilliant couple that are a small independent business which for us gets our vote. This was a birthday present from my children and what better way to experience this but to bring them with me. The tension starts from your first briefing and entry into the very first room. Well where do you start what do you do, the music and the introduction from the creepy host add a dimension that leaves the hairs standup on your arms. Room 1 cracked and your into the next chapter on your quest of escape. Be careful Douglas is watching you and the pressure is gently increasing with the countdown timer saying 40mins left, quick quick and what next with an overload of what puzzle and problem to solve. This set up was simply perfect, not one ounce of negativity or gripe just pure fun and while we were 76 mins and missed out. We had the most memorable experience where it brought us together. Thank you Joshua, we hope the new exciting room opens soon and brings much more to you. If your looking for an outing then really give them a shout while they’re not big like the corporate operations they are family run. Great time 10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When we walk in to this place, it looks very strange. We thought this might be a bit on the low budget side. Not like other escape rooms we have been to. But to be honest when we started playing the game it all started making sense. And the escape room was an amazing experience. Quite difficult at some points. But very very nicely planned out. The only thing it lacked was different rooms. But I was told the owner is planning on creating a new theme which will be more difficult soon. So I can't wait to have a go at that one. Definitely definitely would recommend this place. Lovely host too. All in all a brilliant experience.
