    Kids loved the place, recommended
The kids were bored at Easter, and wanted to go somewhere, we found Adrenaline VR, never been before and thought it looked a fun place to go, we bought a combo pass which is 1 hour bouncing and 30 min of VR which was £22, I think there was an option for 2 hours bouncing. Luckly the place wasn't packed which was great for the kids, they totally loved bouncing around and so glad that we didn't pay for 2 hours, they were so worn out after the hour. After that they went upstair to the cafe and where the VR is, our kids were taking on another family, I think they played 6 mini games, kinda a maze/first person shooter, we were able to sit in comfortable seats and watch the screens to see what was happening. Overal a very enjoyable experience, the kids left with smiles on their faces and had some fun

    Needs a good scrub
I went to mini morning with my sister and our toddlers last week. There were no extra toys out like I thought they have had previously and the place need a a good scrub. This was the first session of the day and the place didn't look like it had been hoovered and there was food all mushed in to the stairs. There was a man sat in the cafe with a hoover but surely this should be done prior to opening. The foam pit smells really bad and the toilet pipes and doors etc don't look like they have been cleaned in a long time. Also alot of the lockers aren't working. I did email Adrenalin last week to highlight the cleanliness issue but had no reply. I have visited multiple times and have always found it to be good but it really does need a deep clean.

    Staff weren’t the best.
Was an amazing experience, the trampoline park and the airbag was amazing, as was the bouncy castle area. The VR experience was even better only thing wrong, was that we only had 30mins. 😂 The only thing that ruined the experience was the staff. We were greeted by 2 young girls who were very moody, they seemed like they didn’t want to help at all. The rest of the staff around weren’t smiley all day and no manners at all. Just stood there with blank expressions on, no customer service.

We visited this morning on our trip to Cornwall as we have many times before.
Today we were greeted by a very grumpy young girl, she was very grumpy throughout the whole hour in the park.
The toilets were probably one of the worst that I have seen!
The whole park needs a good clean, it felt dirty and tired.

Venue looks tired and first visit of the day bits of foam all over carpet looked scruffy . Mini adrenaline no slides no rock climbing new rules applied asked at reception. It’s in term conditioned but you got to scan it to find it . Disappointing felt it should be on home page . Video shows no mobile phones however there was and staff didn’t enforce it either .

Toilets out of order, most of the lockers for personal possessions not working. Air bag cornered off and not working. Shabby environment and generally looking tired.

* Lift to be working. Had pushchair, offer of help from staff to get pushchair up two flights of stairs at checkin, but no staff actually came and helped. What help is there for people with mobility scooters or wheelchairs? Unacceptable in this day and age.
* No aircon upstairs in the cafe. Too hot to cope with.
* Dirty tables not cleared and chairs left out blocking the walkways making it difficult with a pushchair.
* Had to bounce pushchair down two flights of stairs at the end and was watched by two staff members who did not offer to help at all. When at the bottom, they were mocking me and laughing at me which was really unkind and deeply upsetting.

We arrived at Adrenalin 15 minutes early as we came from outside Plymouth and allowed for traffic, we arrived at the same time as a man who hadn’t pre-booked, but we were asked to wait outside in the carpark where there was very little shade on a very hot day, the man and his collection of kids were allowed to stay inside.
We were told to wait until the party host called us, she didn’t and we eventually made our way in where my daughter was told she had to pay for my granddaughter despite being told the booking was for my granddaughter and 12 friends.

The safety video was muffled, I was just out of sight of the screen and didn’t understand a word of it, I could see kids looking around the sparse, unfurnished room, obviously they weren’t impressed.

The impression of the building was it needed work, the upholstery was stained, the air conditioning (if it was on at all) wasn’t very effective, the café had no bread rolls, upstairs toilet’s closed, lift closed, and when we followed the signs back to the café it led down a very dirty unlit corridor, one light came on as we reached the end. On reaching the stairs I had to move a couple of chairs from the top where a couple of staff members had been sitting earlier (I was told they were studying their phones, but I didn’t see this) I did see a table and chairs obstructing the fire extinguishers. There were dusty boot prints in the café, there was a warning light in the party room to say the battery pack on the emergency lighting had failed and virtually no staff to consult; loud speaker announcements were inaudible and parents were left to organise the children.

The party room was sparse, uninviting and poorly set up, the disco lights (which looked like they contained laser’s) were shining is some kids faces while causing deep shadows for the others, the food was unappetising and served on a saucer size plate, my wife had to go to the café to get tomato sauce although I believe there was sone in the room but only the absent party host knew where it was. We were asked if we had brought our own plates, napkins and cutlery for the cake bur communication was hard due to the loud music.

There was nowhere for attending adults to sit, I suffer from osteoarthritis in my lower back and find standing in one place extremely uncomfortable. As the upper toilets and lift were out of order, I went down to the single toilet in the lobby but didn’t feel I could make it back up the stairs so left early
My overall impression is Adrenalin is understaffed and in need of a lot of maintenance (some of the attractions were out of order too). A good clean wouldn’t go a miss both inside and in the rubbish strewn car park. Would avoid at all costs in the future.

Been a few times and it’s always great fun. Lots to do.
The summer offer at a free extra hour is great.
My only slight criticism is the staff don’t engage with visitors.
Mostly stood around chatting keeping an eye on what’s going on.

Cafe is good and the cakes/brownies are incredible.

Visited today for our daughters 6th party and everything was great. All staff excellent and in particular Lauren as host, she went above and beyond to make everything brilliant!

Food, drinks etc all really good and catered really well for a child with allergies. Called me to move start time forward 30 mins (4 weeks in advance) and upgraded party for free as a thank you.

Great service and great staff!
