Visited this past weekend with my wife and two daughters (aged 4 and 5). Easy to book online and staff very welcoming and friendly. Clear and concise safety brief. The set up is great as you can safely, quickly and easily move from wall to wall to try the variety of climbs. Lots of variety in terms of layout and difficulty. Staff were exceptional throughout. My youngest daughter is very brave and climbed to the top of the ladder but was too scared to jump down. The instructor without hesitation climbed up the other side and reassured her and helped her down. There were several instances likes this of staff going above and beyond and just doing everything they could to give everyone a great time. Fantastic place and great people. We have booked again for this weekend. Cannot recommend enough!…

Me and my career whent to clip and clame today as she wanted to know about the current discounts and nice lady called eleanor patientlly managed to find us a spot for a great price and an extra bonus on the death drop she was super and very good with her excellent customer skills, last but not least their was a kind an nice young man called loyed who you could tell had epirience with children and treated every one with respect and incurraged them to all the hard climbing walls he even gave me a award as a suprise for doing stairs way do heaven first try these people need a raise😃 -Harri-sue P.S thank you for a wonderful exprience it my day ❤️…

Went out of desperation for something for children (11 and 13) to do on a wet day. On arrival, signage was poor, particularly with car parking. Once registered the children were belted up and briefed before being let loose. Basically there are lots of climbing walls and a special clip-on system which means the children can safely manage themselves. There was a helpful member of staff on hand for any difficulties. Parents can watch from the cafe or go in. I think ours was quite a small group of about 10 in total. Really good for an hour and good value at around £12 each when you consider what it normally costs for a single climb at places. Would recommend. There were some much younger daredevils enjoying it too.…

Took my 7yr old grandtwins for the first time. Seems well organised with a range of climbing challenges for all skill and age groups. Only frustration, although its 1.30 hr session, you have to subtract 30 mins safety brief. You will probably need more than 60mins to make the most of its facilities as we did. Kids loved it thou, and want to return ASAP..... The directions signs due to changes in their parking arrangements were poor, so almost arrived late due to this issue.... …
