I spent a few hours here yesterday, enjoying learning and relaxing in the company of amazing fish and other sea life. There is currently a booking system in operation but it still got quite busy at times with young children tearing around oblivious to the risks of Covid-19, but all adults were wearing masks and every effort had been made by he NMA to minimise the risk of the spread of infection. Also having a day ticket which becomes a yearly pass did mean I could avoid the busy spaces knowing I can return again throughout the year.

Went here a number of years ago when it first opened and have walked past many times over the years. My opinion of the place remains the same. Fish are not happy.

Thanks for taking the time to review our Aquarium, our charity values your thoughts and feedback. Due to covid-19 rules and restrictions that we must follow as issued by the government, we're afraid that to visit us you have to make a booking online. This is to ensure that we limit and keep track of the amount of people in the building at any one time. Our visitors safety, as well as that of our animals and staff, is of the upmost importance. By enforcing these rules, we're aiming to prevent the risk of spread of covid-19. We hope you consider visiting us again with your Complimentary Free Entry Annual Return Pass which you can book online. To book a free timeslot with your return pass, you can select the Free pass option when you book, or to get a new ticket, simply make a new booking online. Hopefully Sea you soon! All the best, Team NMA

My partner and I really enjoyed our trip to the aquarium, there were clear efforts to put protective measures in place. The only downside was the number of adults completely disregarding the COVID measure put in place (which isn’t a comment on the aquarium itself). We had to rush through it relatively quickly as we wanted to keep out of the way.
