Good charming old pub with snug, real ales , cider, Guinness all in best condition, fire, bar staff friendly, locals good, various entertainment

Fantastic afternoon with some old mates. I became sprout king for the day the staff were fantastic along with the locals. We were made to feel at home.If you go to Plymouth check it out you won't be sorry . It's great.

Yes its an old pub. They did have a Jam session away to start. But the locals made us welcome and had a good chat with a few. Nice pub atmosphere. Good choice of ales...

Visited the Minerva Inn last month with some friends. Poor expensive drinks and a unfriendly atmosphere found here. The Landlord looked miserable and not welcoming at all! I think you need to be part of their click to fit in here. Won't be going back...More
