This is a quiet but lovely station. Hasn't been modernised so it has very quaint features and is well kept.

A pleasant train station close to Torquay centre. When I visited (October) the cafe was shut and up for sale. There are no lifts on the platform, so access to platform 2 is over the road bridge.

Always enjoy traveling from Torquay station with its friendly staff. The station has an Art Deco feel about it, something from an Agatha Christie novel

Had to catch a train back to Bristol around 18:30 on a sunday night. Not one member of staff on duty. No lifts. Toilets locked and cafe closed. Very poor when travelling with my elderly mother.

Posts are painted red and green, there is a cafe just along the platform and vinatage buses parked outside. No WiFi here I'm afraid, overlooking the seafront you know you;ve arrived in Torquay.

Disappointed to find this cafe closed when we arrived before 3pm when having walked from the Town a Centre and gasping for a cuppa!

Yes, you can. It's really cheap to park at the Railway Station. There is always plenty of space and it is safe and secure.
