We were staying in the Grand Hotel right next to the station, what a really nice place. We live in Chichester and our station is ugly, this is really nice. We think this has had a complete makeover recently and it shows.

Very pleasant staff, most helpful sorting out my return ticket to Coventry, which had the wrong return date on, after my holiday in Torquay. Again thank you.

Very pretty, Victorian railway station, compact and clean. The staff were very helpful and it was lovely to sit in the sun whilst waiting for the train to Exeter.

The station is moderately wheelchair friendly, there's a long walk from platform to platform as there is no lift. The trains are only moderately wheelchair friendly
