we have been here several times with friends and family staying with us locally. It's not at all like a zoo and the animals look very happy and healthy. The penguins have their own beach and wave machine! Great shop and nice cafe.

From what I can recall. Yes. It's a lovely visit and the staff I met were friendly helpful and knowledgable. I can't think of anywhere inaccessible to push chairs or wheelchairs
