Not enough bars and bar staff my friends and myself cued between 40 to 90 minutes to get served drinks one evening they were hosting a white collar boxing event. All staff were very nice and helpful. Paying a lot of money for entrance I expected to cue for a few minutes but this was not acceptable and everyone needs to be aware of this.

Although the swimming lessons here are great, the changing rooms and the toilets were disgusting. The smell of faeces and urine greets you as you enter the corridor leading to the pool 🤢 The toilets have gaps in them so everyone can see you wee, and there is nowhere private to get changed as you are protected by only a curtain. The toilets had no hand soap. Tbh I was quite shocked at how unclean the place was on my visit today, and it has definitely put me off swimming here.

Went swimming with my 2 grandchildren, one of whom has a disability and prior to visiting I contacted the centre to check whether there were changing facilities for my granddaughter and explained that we would need somewhere she could lie down to be changed. I was reassured that there were disabled changing facilities available - these 'facilities' was the dirty floor of the disabled bathroom! The pool itself is dated with brown stains on the grout between tiles and some of the tiles are chipped - it is certainly showing its age. We had something to eat in the cafe afterwards and the food was great and the area was clean - this is why I have given 2 stars. Unfortunately won't be returning due to the very poor disabled changing facilities. Staff would also benefit from knowing that the centre is not fully inclusive.
