One of my favourite places to visit. You can go for a lovely walk with the dog over the heathland, over the hill, end up at the beach, and finish off with a pasty at the café on the end. Always good to check out...More

This is a stunning part of Bournemouth coastline. You simply must visit this. It's steeped in history and if you pick up vibes, well it's full of them. The scenery is amazing. Great for dog walks or a romantic couple. It's just beautiful!

Lovely Beach, only downside is that this place is full of dogs and I found it very disturbing to lie down and sunbathe and suddenly have a dog sniffing over me. Very off putting to say the least.

This is a very 'open' Beach, it's mainly stoney with a few places to relax if you don't mind being on view. Some say it's a naturist Beach but that's not official I understand..! I went there once about 5 years ago but there weren't...More

Lovely place to go and visit especially with the family, we often park up and walk to the beach from Hengistbury Head and then get the land train back if the kids are tired from all the walking.

Great headland and beach. Land train to the end if you want and a great visitor centre. If you don’t want to be hit by high parking costs, park further back in the residential area and walk in.

We've stopped in Christchurch / Mudeford half a dozen times over the years, this had escaped us for some reason. Little ferry ride from Mudeford, lovely soft sand on the beach, a longish walk or a short train ride to the Café. We'll certainly be...More

You are not a million miles away from a Travelodge in Christchurch or PremierInn in Somerford if you have transport or fancy catching a bus.
