£9 to watch a film is a bit steep, especially if you then go on to buy snacks etc. However as a venue to watch a film I've no complaints, everything was as expected.

£2.00 each added to advertised ticket prices to see Fantastic Beasts and Where to find them !! Apparently this is a Blockbuster Film add-on ... Makes it very expensive and when you've been excited to see a movie, then finally got to the front of the queue they sting you for the extra cost and it's really already too late... More

Came a few weeks back to watch strange, and my experience was brilliant. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful, and the cinema itself was clean and comfortable, not too big or too small. Only issue is the unavoidable cinema prices - not your fault as I know it's the standard prices, but it really does have an impact... More

We arrived an hour early for our movie (which we didn't realise) We bought a drink and popcorn/chololates and tried to get into our screen but were told it wasn't open yet. No worries we said, we'll sit outside (there were seats) and wait. Then the young lady that told us it wasn't open yet, came to find us and... More

Overpriced, uncomfortable and toilets badly need a refurb. Altogether poor value for money. On top of that extortionate public parking. Thought leisure world Southampton bad enough but at least you can park free there.

We went for a 915pm showing which we had prebooked online. Collected tickets no problem and bought refreshments. They were the usual fare, and good quality. The cinema foyer was very shabby and run down. It was small and not very appealing. There wasn't really anywhere to sit and just relax. Our screen wasn't ready for us to go in,... More

Just outrageously expensive with the "blockbuster tax" and the experience is just not worth it. Can't ever see wanting to go there again

Despite the the heavy costs, Odeon provides great films and customer service. If there is a problem, you can get a free ticket, which is awesome. I don't go for the food, but it does look yummy. I have been to see ODEON SCREENUNSEEN several times now, which is basically a £5 ticket but you don't know what you are... More

Took my boy to see a movie. Paid for premier seats, wish we hadn't bothered with the blinding light and the staff constantly coming in and out ruined it. The service at the drinks counter was... Well let's just say she wouldn't be working in my establishment neither would the duty Manager for that. Left us stood waiting whist it... More

When I was a little younger this huge building housed just a couple of cinema screens and it was wonderful. Huge wide screens to watch your film on. Nowadays, like other old cinemas, the place has been divided into smaller viewing rooms, some feel truly tiny and not very cinema-like at all. As tv screens have got bigger at home... More
