We were given a voucher for here by our kids for Christmas. We have not done pottery painting before and were given very clear and helpful instructions. There was loads of items to choose from for painting. Clear demonstartion of colours before and after firing. AND we could have coffee and chocolate cake while we worked, being careful not to... First time visiting today and it was lovely; impressed with the drinks on offer, I had a freshly made green smoothie (very nice). The whole concept is brilliant, especially for children - the format in which you get set up to paint and how it's worked out to pay is spot on I think. It's a bit of fun and... More

A cafe with a difference! Enjoy the cafe food and drink and while you are there grab a plate or a model of something you love, e.g. an aeroplane and paint it. Then get it fired. There are lots of 'greenware' items to choose from and lots of colours to use. I saw grandmother helping her grand daughter to decorate... More

Not bad food quality and service OK, but not somewhere I would go out of my way to visit. It's hard to describe my experience really as although everything was just about acceptable, there was a general lack of enthusiasm about the café side. I think if you going there to paint ceramics, then your experience may well be better.... More

I have been three times now with family. It is lovely to do something creative whilst enjoying a cup of tea. I have only ever been able to afford to paint the smallest piece of tile though, as it is quite expensive to do anything larger (a plate or cup, for example). Nevertheless, it is a great concept and I... More

Being local we have visited All Fired Up for many years. Usually as a treat or to make something for someone's birthday etc as it is quite expensive. My children always enjoy going here and it is a good place for a rainy day- but be sure to ring up and book as you're not guaranteed a table if you... More

Thank you for your review. It was great to read that you and your family have visited us for many years. We agree that it makes sense to book at weekends and on school holidays as we can become very busy on those days. I would like to reassure you that the staff follow fundamental hygiene regulations and we have... More

I came in with my wife and father for lunch and we had paninis. The food was very good and fairly priced but this place is very much designed for kids although it was almost all adults when we were there. The food is made freshly so service takes time but I just found the place a little unfriendly and... More

Thank you for your review. Whilst we are primarily a pottery painting studio we do believe we provide a unique independent café experience. We believe we offer good value for money and great service. I am sorry that on this occasion you felt the service was unfriendly. The vast majority of our feedback both in the shop and online has... More
