What a waste of time this was, no new items since our last visit, same old same old, The Cafe side needs a good clean as well, mugs still got lipstick on them, and cutlery was dirty had to ask for clean knives and clean forks. We are disappointed that you should think that we do not have any new items, as we do regularly review and add to our extensive stock range. We are not clear when your last visit was, but new items have definitely been added to our displays during September and at the beginning of October. We are extremely concerned that you should think that the cafe side needs a good clean, as we take hygiene standards across all aspects of our operations very seriously, and specifically all crockery and cutlery is cleaned in the dishwasher after use. We will be looking into what went wrong for you, and make sure we get it right.

What wonderful place to take children to express themselves. We took a group of our Y6 over s period if three visits and they have produced the most amazing yikes to remembertheir time at our school. As soon as you will in you are greeted with a sense if all by a very caring and talented team that allow the pupils to express themselves and show individuality. Hot chocolate is also a great treat for the teachers. A must for everyone!…

My mum and I spent a really lovely few hours here while on a recent trip to Bournemouth. The staff were super friendly and helpful and even as non- artistic novices we were very pleased with our results! I can’t wait to see them after firing- we arranged for ours to be sent to us! The tea was delicious and well presented- really great place- would thoroughly recommend.…
