I Received a flavours voucher for Christmas last year. The original class I booked was cancelled due to COVID restrictions. The class was put on hold for a while but the flavours team were excellent at keeping me informed and re-booking. When I eventually re-booked I choose the Caribbean course, which was a great experience. Dez who took the class was a great teacher who was super friendly, fun, and made the class feel at ease. Other than that he taught us how to make a delicious goat curry along with plenty of super tasty dishes, which went amazing together! Overall it was a great experience, so much so my wife brought me another course this Christmas. Thanks to Dez and the Flavours team.…

I was at the Caribbean class last night and it was great. Chef Des is a great host, very knowledgeable, gave clear instructions of what to do and when. The rest of the team made sure all the ingredients and equipment were delivered/cleared away as required. I'm looking forward to using the recipes we tried, and I'd certainly do another class. Thanks Amy and Des.…

Very rarely do I bother to write reviews, but I felt I had too after attending the intermediate cookery course with the talented and knowledgeable Chef Liz. Attending the past 6 evenings with my sister has been the highlight of our week, the course is delivered in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with only six people in the class, there is plenty of time to ask Liz questions and get her tips of the trade! The whole team, including Grace and Amanda, really look after us, nothing is too much trouble and the best thing is there is no washing up and you get to take yummy food home every week. If you ever watch Masterchef and wish you could have a go, then book this course, you won’t be disappointed…

I have just done the Festive Artisan Bread course and wow, what a fabulous day. From the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel so welcome, and by the end of the day you feel like you've been with old friends. With the expertise of Chef Des we learnt how to make a Stollen, Panettone and Bolo Rei. I picked up so many handy tips and learnt many new skills, all delivered with a big dollop of laughter. Des is clearly a master in the kitchen but also the most amazing teacher, with an infectious sense of humour. I went home with a gorgeous array of baked goods which my family declared the best bread they had ever eaten! I would 100% recommend anyone to try the school and I will certainly be booking myself on some more courses. Only problem now is which one to choose!…
