OCEANA DAY SPA is a unique wellness centre that has been carefully and beautifully designed to provide all our guests with treatments to unwind and restore balance to your mind and body as well as enhance your experience within the Oceana Resort.Located on the seafront overlooking Bournemouth Bay, Oceana Hotels are unique resort style hotels which have achieved between them some of the highest AA 3 star hotel ratings on the South Coast. We offer good quality, comfortable, 3 star hotel rooms. The standard of the public areas, dining options, facilities and services are delivered at even higher standards. At Oceana we aim to give our guests a unique experience. This is at a 3 star price, with the added extra of the "can do" service culture, whilst going the extra mile where possible.

The visit to the spa was a birthday treat for a friend and myself. The hotel which the spa is located in was very clean and well presented and comfortable. The spa is another story. It's small and cosy and so relaxing. The staff make you feel so welcome. I had two treatments over two days and really can't recommend this spa enough. The deep tissue massage was something my body really needed, Pranjeli made me feel so at ease and nothing was too much trouble. She really worked on my back and shoulders and gave professional advice as to what I could do to improve strength, a service that was not essential to provide for me at all, above and beyond. Francesca, the manager was amazing at my second treatment, which was the Oceana Day Spa Pedicure, this was so relaxing and made me feel amazing. My feet are very thankful, and Francesca did an amazing job. Its the little extras they both had to offer that made the experience amazing and personal to me. I will definitely be coming back here again! Thank you for a great experience .

I went for a sports massage due to some bad muscle stiffness and couldnt have asked for a better treatment. Pranjali gave me a brilliant sports massage and was extremely informative and I could tell she was well trained. The facilities were excellent and the service by the Spa manager really made the difference. Highly recommend this Spa if you want a good, well valued service

Birthday Treat for mum.
Overall ok, there were a few issues which could have made our experience better. The spa is located in the hotel downstairs. When we arrived reception was unmanned so we had to wait 15 minutes to be greeted and let into the spa. There is no changing room, lockers or showers and no robe or slippers were provided. Monica did our massages which we both enjoyed and felt were relaxing. I chose the beautiful bumps massage @ £73 and was provided a long pregnancy pillow for the massage to feel more comfortable. The pool is outside and was very cold but a nice feature. There was a hose going into the pool when we visited. The sun loungers were plastic and very uncomfortable, could definitely use updating. When we were swimming I was asked to get out the pool to pay which I felt was unnecessary. We could have made payment before the massage or after we had finished but instead we were disrupted whilst we were in the pool unfortunately. When we came to leave we had to wait again to be let out as there was no receptionist.

I had a ton of muscle stiffness and live in a world of physical and mental stressors. Francesca gave me a full body sports massage. She listened to my concerns and made sure she understood everything that I needed before getting started. She has a wonderful nurturing and kind energy. Great amount of pressure, and worked with my body and breathing patterns. I had 2 old injuries that made an appearance and she made sure to adjust for them as well. I feel much less stiff, like I can move like a normal person again. After, she gave me some follow up advice based on her observations. If i come back to Bournemouth, I would definitely book with her again.

I spent my birthday getting pampered and I could not have gone to a better place.
The treatments I had were delivered with care and in a beautiful relaxing atmosphere.
I had a hot stone massage, express facial and Hopi ear candling.
The ladies; Alice and Valeria who carried out my treatments were so caring and friendly and I was instantly put at ease.
It was a pleasure to visit here, meet the staff and have these treatments. I highly recommend.

If I could rate higher than a five I would. As a veteran of all things spa, I have to say the top to tie signature massage carried out by Becky was stunning. Total relaxation combined with a great tension busting massage. Has made me think about booking a spa break.

Hi, the spa itself is a day spa, so only does the actual treatments. No other facilities. The hotel next door (Suncliff) has a small pool and sauna, but no jacuzzi.
Hello, we will be staying at the Ocean Day Spa Hotel at the end of November. Is there a cost to use the indoor leisure facilities advertised on the website? If so how much will it be and does this cover all facilities?

The Leisure facilities are located next door at The Suncliff Hotel. You can use the indoor pool and the sauna for free of charge if you are staying at The Ocean Beach Hotel & Spa. If you wish to book any spa treatments we would recommend to book well in advance to avoid any disappointment.

Mum to treatment including a back massage, mini facial, leg massage and the belly(if you would like to have a massage on the belly)
