A lovely pool, spoiled by the reduced temperature this year, children are getting cold rather than enjoying the water. Ideal for competitive swimming, no good for a family day out. They are obviously trying to reduce any losses made last year.

Today was my third visit to Saltdean Lido. The water is beautifully clean and it is an amazing way to start the day. I jus wish I was able to visit everyday.

It is chlorinated but its a very modern system so its very subtle.

No white lines and I think from memory we aren't allowed them because of the grade ii* listing!

No! That was something they did on the very last day of the season before the pool closed.
