I thoroughly enjoyed this trip. All of Paul's communication prior to the trip was clear, the instructions on where to meet where clear and the tour started on time.
Paul delivered the information on the Wind Turbines in a clear and concise manner.
It was great value for money and i'd highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful day with nine others on the boat plenty of room for everyone. All bait provided or caught on the way out. Plenty of fish caught including various skate and large congers. Mass’s of skate and plenty of bream. Paul the skipper was excellent as was his assistant. Can recommend it to keen fishermen.

Oh boy I wish we’d read the negative reviews on this rouge sooner ! He issued our Rampion voucher for a shorter time period than he advertised on his website. Unfortunately we didn’t pick up on this until it was too late and he refused to admit his error and honour the voucher. To say he was rude is understatement !! He clearly doesn’t give two hoots once your money is in his bank account. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere folks, there are plenty of other options in Brighton Marina !

I bought a voucher last Dec 2022 for me and my husband to visit rampion wind farm. I bought it with the understanding that it’s valid for a year (Dec 2023) as advertised on the website. I failed to notice the type error on the voucher when Paul emailed it to me last December - he sent it with expiry 31st Oct instead of Dec, however I sent him copy of e mail evidencing that I actually bought voucher last Dec and requested the trip on Nov 4th this year - which he had space on.
He initially said we’d have to pay an extra £60 to go in Nov because the voucher says expiry Oct - even though I bought it in Dec... We obviously said no to that as the voucher should still be valid!
What then proceeded was a trail of rude e mails where he refused to honour the voucher despite receiving the funds for it less than a year before. He then asked me to send evidence that he offers a year on his own website!! I had to screen shot his own website and send it to him! He then said yes - October to October, even though I had already explained I bought the voucher in December!!
I could not have been clearer in my e mails - so I bought the voucher in Dec last year, you say on your website it should be valid for a year, you have space on a boat trip on Nov 4th, for when my voucher should now be valid - what is the problem? He never answered my last e mail. We couldn’t use the voucher before end of Oct as we were abroad…
I have never experienced such awful customer service. Please please save yourself some stress and choose another company if you’re considering this trip!

What a great way to spend some afternoon time,
We absolutely Loved it! Paul the skipper and owner of Brighton Diver is so informative and knows all there is to know about The Rampion Wind Farm and more even! Brighton Diver IV (The Beast ) is Superb!
With a maximum capacity of just 12, it is very comfortable plus loads of room to move about
plus some incredible photo opportunities at the Rampion Farm and on the way back, a view of the local coastline as you have never seen it.
Seriously take no notice of the Whingers! Whingers have to Whinge eh!
My wife and I absolutely 100% thoroughly recommend Paul and the fantastic Rampion trip.
Oh, and we saw Dolphins :)

My first boat fishing trip in about 30 years my how things have moved on. Clean well equipped boat. Skipper Paul put us straight on the fish, crew member Kevin very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m hooked on sea fishing again. I highly recommend Brighton Diver. Will definitely be booking with Paul again

We have just returned from our trip to the Rampion Wind Farm with Paul on the Brighton Diver. It was a fantastic experience, we got right up to the turbines and to the service platform. It was wonderfully quiet and unbelievably impressive. Paul was a great commentator, giving us all the information we needed. We also learnt a lot about the changes to the sea bed and the coral and fishing, all changes for the good.
His boat was lovely, clean and comfortable and fast on the outward journey, with a slower sightseeing trip back along the Sussex coast.
All in all a fantastic outing.
A couple of things to note: if it's really windy the trip can't happen for safety reasons. So you need to be patient and flexible. We understood this as we live locally and the high winds this year have been fierce.

His boat was lovely, clean and comfortable and fast on the outward journey, with a slower sightseeing trip back along the Sussex coast.
All in all a fantastic outing.

I would highly recommend this trip to the Rampion wind farm on The Brighton Diver. The boat was comfortable and very clean, not over crowded therefore plenty of room to move around or sit inside if you felt cold.
The turbines were an amazing sight, so majestic, I couldn’t believe how close we got and how quiet they were. I will never forget looking up at them from their bases for the first time, almost in awe of them.
Paul provided a very knowledgeable running commentary, which was really interesting.
We returned along the coast with stunning views.
Thank you for a great boat trip Paul, I have been recommending you to friends.
As an aside, there are plenty of places to eat and drink at the Marina and free parking for 4 hours.

What time of day do the 4hr fishing trips start ?
Hi Julie they start at 0730 or 1130 Saturdays and some sundays
