The architecture itself has very special, so it's already there is a benefit, but the museum hold interesting collections inc kids' rooms, it appeals for all ages. I visited it for WW1 exhibition and hey used the gallery well for a display. their museum shop offers you more for insight of current & permanent collections.

Whenever I am in Brighton, I always try to find time to visit this museum. I used to visit it as a schoolboy and it still has fascinating attraction. There are many aspects of history displayed - from the stone age to the 1960's. There are even refreshments to be had - a nice little incentive.

A visit to the Brighton museum gives a glimpse into another world of long ago. Well preserved piece of history. Brighton featured in many old TV shows and it was interesting visit to the and learn more about the their past. If you are into Art there's a good Exhibiton.

This is one of the best museums we have been to, made even better by having earphones which guide you around informing you of things you would never know if your like me too lazy to read all the boards. Fantastic day out well worth the money!

The museum is free entry which is great as many things these days cost money. As you walk around there are many different exhibitions; some very interesting some less so. The Egyptian exhibition was fantastic, I enjoyed reading about the artifacts and seeing the mummified animals. There are great little interactive stations for children to make the most out of... This museum is located right near the Royal Pavilion through the gardens which smell strongly of urine and are full of bold squirrels which run up to you because the locals have trained them to take peanuts from their hands (so an old lady told us). When you enter you are faced with a large bright shop with the usual... More

It's a good museum with things about Egipt, is free and near to good gardens. Is not the kind of museum where you find a lot of information but it's interesting.
