About
Say hello to the new-look Quadrant, one of Brighton's oldest watering holes, newly taken over Feb 2020. We're a quirky little independent boozer, just down the hill from Brighton train station. We're potty about Brighton. We grew up here; it's why the scrumptious craft beer we stock is made around the corner by our friends at the Unbarred Brewery. We've also got great live music, comedy and craft workshops to entertain you upstairs.

- Stacey DMinneapolis, Minnesota57 contributionsAmazing Quaint Pub with Folklore Intimate Music upstairs, so lovely it will make your heart sing!I happened upon this place as I searched for live music. It was the cutest, quaintest pub I've been too in a long time. I loved everything about the wonderful two level bar, straight out of a story with it's cuteness. The wall of 2 pence is adorable on your way up to Folklore. I joined Andy Melrose and 40 of his closest friends for his new album launch party...I felt like I was in his living room and it was so heartfelt and amazing. Wow, what a soulful night in Brighton. Love it and you will too. Go!Visited February 2023Travelled soloWritten 23 February 2023

Made us feel right at home. Great selection of beer including the wonderful local Unbarred Brewery. Even let me keep my Seagul pint glass. Beer was good but be warned IF you’re not a regular you will be charged extra for your alcohol, we was charged an extra £1.20 per pint so we had 1 and left. I did ask to view the price list which I understand should legally be on display but they didn’t have one.

Hi Ralph,
We offer a loyalty card for our locals and regulars at The Quadrant which reduces the price a little.
Not a too dissimilar model to Club Card or Nectar points, or an old fashioned stamped loyalty system.
It is an incentive to drink in our pub as a regular if you live or work near by and is not an under the counter operation whereby we charge more to ‘out of towners’.
We are really proud that we offer this small reduction to our regulars as none of our central competitor pubs around us offer this and are more expensive than us.
It is a shame you feel that this is something negative and the need to publicly score us a lower mark, we work really hard to give our customers a lovely town centre experience.
Best wishes,
John

Absolutely lovely warm welcoming bartenders. One of the bartenders even took in my sons song requests :). Interior is suave and extremely original, would recommend! 10/10.
