Took a while to find the coffee shop on here and after reading the reviews I am sure this is the right one. An unusual coffee shop, with a split bar. It was a quiet afternoon, but I still had to wait a while for a take out coffee. There was 2 girls working around each other, maybe haven't worked... More

While it's on, do go and see this amazing work of art on display in the St Mary's Crypt (entrance through the restaurant) — a 33-year labour of love by one man and his daughter from New Zealand to recreate the entire Bayeux Tapestry as an elaborate steel mosaic, adding in extra scenes of the Battle of Stamford Bridge (which... Through the cafe, not up the slope. Such a gem of an old building. You don't imagine it could be as beautiful as it is. Go!

The exhibit is amazing to see. The time and effort put into this outstanding. Such commitment. I can't praise the exhibit enough.

Beautiful show put on by The contemporary dance group. Of Alice in Wonderland. Was greatly enhanced by the lovely feeling inside the Castle. Easy to get to.with a car park right opposite on the sea front.

Some have left revues of the cafe here and it is NOT the right place to do so. This ex-church is now a music/concert venue and worth a visit. It has a capacity of 1,066 (!) and where the vicar once preached has been changed into a stage. There is seating in front of the stage which can be moved... More

Wow, enter through the café entrance and climb a short set of stairs and you are into the main arena. St Mary's was a former Church and is steeped in history. Now used as a music venue the acoustics are wonderful. Well worth a visit.

This newly-opened restaurant is a development within the Pelham Place /Crescent heritage area. The restaurateurs have made a bright and airy room which fits well with these listed buildings. The food is freshly made, tasty and well presented. We have visited the restaurant on several occasions and we have always enjoyed the experience. Today, we ate the salmon club sandwich... More
