Had a great time up here with 50 teens playing silly games. Spent the early evening in the quarry, guarding a boundary and loving the view! If you visit fairlight, the old quarry is worth a detour to visit.

Enjoyable place to walk but such a shame that you have to spend your walking time worrying about parking. We saw some lovely wild ponies and beautiful cattle. Could have done with a few more benches after inclines.

It's nice place to walk, sit on the bench and nice view of the park and over the coast and Old town.

Lots of great walks through the Hastings Country Park, including from Ore down into Hastings. Beautiful bluebells and coastal scenery.

Such Beautiful views and a very enjoyable walk. Some places steep. The walk offers different starting points. The gorgeous St. Andrews church is worth a look and the tea rooms offer a selection of goodies

This is very much a hidden gem. Head east out of town, and you very quickly find the terrain changes from rolling grounds to very steep and adventurous. Not recommended if you have knee problems, but well worth a couple of hour's exploration.

I love the country park and have been visiting it for many years. I have taken 1 point off as they have introduced a parking charge and destroyed the beautiful gorse bushes at the Fairlight end. I understand they did this to get a grant...More

Rather late reply! Yes, the Country Park is easily accessible from the train station as it starts in the Old Town. You need to head from the station to the seafront, turn left and walk to the end of the promenade (where... More
