Adults Birthday Party
Dec 2019
Had my 21st birthday party here back in 2018. It was brilliant! 20+ adults with free range of the play equipment in the evening. The staff allowed time to 'play' before organising us into groups to play games, it got very competitive! Best party ever. Food was a selection of sandwiches, crisps, sausage rolls etc, not enough for a meal but a good snack.

Better than expected but ....
Oct 2020
Stupidly read the reviews after booking but it wasn't anywhere near as bad as some people suggest. Staff on entrance were well organised and Covid 19 safe. Place was clean and tables were marked 'Go' or 'No' to let you know where you could sit that had been cleaned and sanitised.
Food wasn't unreasonably priced and portion sizes were good.
What spoiled it for us was the behaviour of other people. Children who were about 13/14 running riot, breaking equipment and generally behaving badly, in full view of their parents who were inside the play zone eating and drinking although all the signs ask you not to.
Staff didn't seem to be bothered or perhaps there are just too few of them to keep an eye on everything.
My 3 year old grandson loved it and it wasn't expensive. Its just a shame others misuse it.

Great place to expend children's energy!

Nice place, not the best atmosphere in the world but great for your children if they are energetic. Good not too overpriced either.

Go elsewhere......
Jan 2020 • Family
This place is really not up to scratch. There are many other play centres in Kent and Sussex and it’s worth travelling the extra miles. I can’t remember the last time they updated this..... the clientele are not great either...... don’t even bother. Out of date...... dirty....... too expensive

A right dump
Dec 2019
This place is 30 years old and looks it, water leaking through the roof, buckets everywhere, lights not working, food not available. My grandson had his birthday here it was a joke and embarrassment. Water all over the floor, had to ask for the party bags, balloons came out after most people had gone home. Then to boot NO lights on outside in the pitch dark

Ok play area, service from some staff awful
Nov 2019 • Family
Came here with my two nephews 5 and 2 and my mum. The play area was very busy, but kept the kids occupied for a while. The customer service at the “cafe” was rubbish, waited 5 mins to be acknowledged by staff (who were literally avoiding catching my eye) despite being only person there waiting. Then another 5 minutes of faffing about to make a coffee. Two staff members were pleasant and apologised for the wait, but there were two Insta-girls too busy posing to be bothered with customers. Can’t imagine how put-out they would be if I’d ordered any food!

Do not take your children there!!
Nov 2019 • Family
Staff lazy, even when not very busy took over 20 mins for a coffee and panini!! Even waiting to be let out, staff just looking at you.... Wtf!

Took my 7 month old, toys are dirty, balls are filthy, I don't think theyve had a clean in months..... To top it off.... A mother brings her toddler in, coughing his guts up all over the infants toys constantly, it wasn't just a couple of coughs, it's was constant, no hand over his mouth, it's utterly disgusting! If your child is ill, why the f**k would you take them to a play centre where they can spread germs to other children, let alone let them in the infant play area. I'm truly disgusted!! Quite frankly pissed off! How stupid can you really be!

I would not recommend coming here!

Bring a Bear to life Party
Aug 2019 • Family
Our daughter had a brilliant party for 12 children. They all enjoyed selecting their toy from Rabbits to Pugs and had so much fun making them to take home. The staff couldn't have been more helpful in making this such a special occasion. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a great party location.

My kids loved it
Jun 2019 • Family
Coming from London to a such small county makes it slightly impossible to make kids happy here as their isnt much for them. The clambers was amazing my
Kids enjoyed the outdoor and indoor play areas they have a good cafe its priced ok 17.80 for 2 kids plus £1 per adult.
We did pay less in London however for 2 hours so its all day you are paying for.

Money Grabbers?
May 2019 • Friends
Suggested my friend take her 2 kids there to kill some time. They turned up late afternoon to be told they were closing in half an hour. No problem she thought .... the price however was £17!!! Money better spent on toys and a quick visit to the Windmill pub on Sedlescombe road. Clambers 0 - Tesco/Windmill 1 (own goal by Clambers)
