We visited here to see a Socially distanced Show.  We booked Access Seats and we really had a great evening. The Show, May I Have A Festive Moment,  Sophie Louise Dann's One Woman Show,  was excellent.  We felt totally COVID safe in the theatre.  In addition to this the staff could not have been more accommodating of my husband's disability.  We had a great night and wouldn't hesitate to go here again, if there was something we wanted to see.

What a lovely little theatre. I’ve been to a couple of shows here and have always had a great time. The bar area is quite big and always buzzing before, during the interval and sometimes after the show. Drinks prices are very good! The theatre itself has a large stage area and the auditorium has rows of seats each on a separate level, so you can see everything (unless you are sat behind a very tall person then you have to lean left and right to see!) Had a great time at Pressure recently and it was so good I want to go again soon and see another show.

See How They Run a wartime comedy by Philip King. We saw the Sunday matinee. Very good, clean and hilarious fun, a lot of laughs! Characters include a cheeky maid played with her tongue in her cheek by Kimberley Howell, the part of drunken spinster performed with gusto by Megan Skinner, Terence Hattimore's confused bishop and Claire Bolt as retired actress Penelope were all very funny and there were more vicars than you can shake a stick at. Sticks were shaken, also a riding crop and a revolver. Dan Palmer's increasingly bewildered Rev Humphrey was particularly entertaining. Get your tickets now if you haven't already! The Stables is always popular and was full, this is no studio above a pub but a fully equipped professional quality theatre. The ladies loo has just been totally modernised and deserves a review all of its own!

We went to the stables to see Seasons Greetings. We had seen it previously seen it in London and it was very funny. Another great local theatre play.
