It is very lovely if you are over the age of 90, rather drown myself in the water then be on the pier itself. Don't forget you can always visit the most depressing arcade on the end if you get a little bored ;)

I love this pier! I really enjoyed the views and the beach. Great for surfing 🏄‍♂️ the beach and sea seem very clean. Also lots of good shops and places to explore.

We love a good pier when we visit the seaside. The outdoor bar was lovely so you could sit and enjoy the sea and a pint. The mobile table order worked very well during the pandemic. Unless however you’re a child to enjoy the rides and minimal arcades there isn’t anything else to do but sit and drink. As nice as that was we didn’t stay to long. We would definitely go back for another pint with a beautiful sea view though.

Lovley pier but is missing the wow Factor think the Directors need to go to clacton pier or Brighton pier to see what theve achieved theres to much empty space needs a lot more rides and food outlets I appreciate that a lot of money has been put into the pier but its defenatly missing more outlets the odd Walker and fishermen dont being any venue to the pier you need to fill it up with people and visitors like I say look at clacton and Brighton needs fun and rides to bring it alive theres to much space
