A day out with my son on our bikes. Lovely ride, great little cafe on the quayside. Take cash though, no cards.

Beautiful place to walk with your dog, birds are plenty and it has a Hide. The ice cream van has delicious ice creams (cherry) my fav and they only charge £1 so that’s great for families.

Gill, a bike is the best way to get around. The private tarmac road extends for about 5km and there are other tracks to make circular routes.
