Lovely walk

Lovely place for a long walk with beautiful nature and of course the sea. Definately worth a visit. Could do with one or two rubbish bins along main route.

Great nature reserve with bird huts to view up close. Do take a walk to the original lighthouse which is now closed. And remember your binoculars!

Great for walking dogs, youngsters with bikes to burn off energy. Have done circular 3mile, 6 mile and 8 mile walks here through different pathsways. Bird hides, pebbled sea front, Camber Castle but not much shelter from the elements. Free parking at Rye Harbour car park at the moment. Ice creams usually sold by car park, one cafe open to... We had a bracing walk on a windy sunny day. The landscape is fairly flat which makes birdspotting easy. Safe for dogs and kids.

Enjoyed a walk here on a very windy day, it certainly takes your breath away! Interesting bird hides and pillboxes to explore on the way around on tarmac and pebble paths.

This is a lovely place to walk, especially as it is flat and as you are walking on concrete there is no mud!! You can walk right into Winchelsea and see plenty of wildlife along the way.

The whole experience of a walk at rye harbour is one of exhilaration. There are different routes to take and it is particularly good when the tide is out and you are able to walk on the beach. Those keen on bird watching have several opportunities to observe nature from the hides en route. There is something for everyone of... More

Nice 5 mile walk with easy paths and the opportunity to walk along the sands if the tide is out. The dogs loved it.

Bracing walks along the coast with plenty of wetland birds in a well maintained nature area. Waves crashing on shingle beach
