Steeped in history Arlington Row is so atmospheric...looking across you can just imagine the weavers going about their business hundred of years previously, really stood still in time. Well done the National Trust for maintaining them so well. Also quite fun for a weekend break.

We walked the famous Arlington Row with families. Beautiful spot on a quieter winter day... conscious that people live in these houses and we’re the tourists. Not sure I’d like people standing in my doorway for selfies... encourage visitors to be sensitive to the locals....More

Was a wonderful experience if you can put up with all the tourists right outside the front door. The area is very beautiful and the cottage was to a high standard through the National Trust.

They say it is the most photographed village in UK. Judging by the number of coaches and cars I can well believe it. Pleasant walk round in the rain very quaint cottages and river runs alongside the road. Well worth the visit

You can travel by bus, train and coach. Coach and bus takes about 4 hrs. Best thing to do is google and decide for yourself. If you can drive it's the quickest and cheapest.
