My wilde and youngest (9 years) are keen equestrians so myself and my two other kids (11 and 13) had to come along riding. And it didn't disappoint! We drove through beautifull coutryside and the chocolatbox villages Upper and Lower Slaughter. We even went through a ford, which was great fun. Being on a horse I could peek over all... More

I went on a lovely hack with my mum, daughter and son. The hack took us around lower and upper slaughter. We had two young ladies from the stable to guide us round - it was my first time on a horse and they took good care of me. My daughter is an experienced rider so she got to do... More

Went on a tourist hack with my partner- the most enjoyable activity I have ever partaken in! Booking was easy and the staff were all so friendly, knowledgable and efficient! The route took us through Upper Slaughter and back into Lower Slaughter where we went through the ford and river and had photos taken (which were later sent to us)!... More

Such a well organised hack (and i have been on a few!). the staff were lovely and talkative, and even gave snippets of historical info throughout the hack. the route was perfect and allowed for a bit of trotting :) The horses were lovely and kind-natured. I was with 2 friends of beginner level and they felt so safe and... More

Went on a tourist hack with my husband and 2 kids (aged 10 and 11). None of us are experienced at all with horses/ponies, but all felt completely at ease straight away. Staff are incredibly helpful and it was great to get a few photos of us all whilst out on the hack. A very enjoyable experience for all of... More

A brilliant hack in beautiful countryside. Myself and two children were led out by Cat who was very knowledgeable and kept an eye on me (who hasnt been on a horse for 25+ years). the views were stunning and the 'paddle' in the fjords with the ponies was wonderful. Ponies/horses were fantastic and very calm and gorgeous!. A great afternoon... More
