Took my friend to her first treatment at Tonic and we booked in for the Divine Duo and pedicure in the new Juniper Room. Being a long term client of Tonic I was confident of my expectations being met and as always the Tonic team exceeded them. The Juniper Room is a lovely space and had been made lovely and cosy for us on a cold day. Jade and Amy took care of us both with their exceptional service. The Divine Duo is one of my favourite treatments and I’d throughly recommend both Jade or Amy for this treatment. As always an excellent, relaxing, calm and cosy experience throughout.

All the staff were really friendly and welcoming. I was really cold when I arrived due to the weather and one of the ladies made me a coffee. The results from the LVL lash lift was great. The treatment experience was excellent and I will definitely be going back.

As always, my appointment at Tonic was a real treat. Lovely, tranquil surroundings. Calm, professional and friendly staff. Chloe, who did my manicure, was a winning combination of easy to chat to whilst paying great attention to detail. She helped me choose a fabulously sparkly colour for my nails too. I’ve been a customer of Tonic since 2014 and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

Excellent service today. I would highly recommend the Hydralessence Facial which has made huge improvements to my skin. Amy offers very useful advice to help me improve my skin care routines. Well worth the money.

Team Tonic managed to fit me in at the last minute and I had a smashing treatment with Charley. Always lovely to see the therapists at Tonic who are very welcoming. Tea, chocolate and a warm blanket. What could be better? Thank you to everyone Marion xxx

Came for a “divine duo” massage and facial with my husband. I’d emailed Tonic to discuss the options, pricing, and book which was very convenient. We had a couples room and both therapists were very professional and gave wonderful treatments - better than I’ve had at some big name brands. The visit today with Jade for a Hot Stone Massage and Grand Classique facial was just the “tonic” I needed. This is a lovely clean, welcoming salon with friendly staff and a great range of treatments. The balance between friendly enquiry and space / silence to lose yourself in the treatments is just perfect. Definitely make this your choice if you’re looking for beauty treatments. This was my first visit to Tonic for a Divine Duo with Amy. It won't be the last visit. Fabulous facial and a brilliant back, neck and shoulder massage. A therapist who really listens and delivers. See you again soon.

I always go to Tonic for my manicures. Environment is always clean and staff are friendly but unobtrusive. Last Saturday was my second massage from Nickie - swedish massage concentrating on back and legs. Nickie is absolutely lovely and always makes me feel very comfortable, which I think is important when you're going for a relaxing massage. She tailored the massage after my needs, realising I had a lot of tension on the left side of my back. I left Tonic feeling relaxed for the weekend and ready to take on the next working week. Posture was also a bit better the next day. At the same time, my husband had an Indian head massage from Amy (second one he's had from Tonic). He felt the same way - very relaxed and comfortable. He and I have already booked our massages next month! Will definitely keep going.

I had the pregnancy wellness package, “Mother Nurture” and it was a real treat- thanks to Sascha who was really lovely and made me feel very relaxed. Really lovely products used. Came away feeling super relaxed.
