Amazing views! Such a beautiful spot and so much to see! Lots of beautiful hills, streams, there are some woody bits, sheep and horses, definitely recommended. You can make it as short or as you want, absolutely beautiful.

It was such a glorious sunny warm day, perfect for a couple of hours walking on Cleev e ill.
Access is easy, there are various places to park on the road and then walk up footpaths (well signposted). The hill is scattered with benches should you want to rest on the steep climb (or admire th stunning viws from the top).
eWe were slightly suprised to come across coloured flags, then realiied we were in the middle of a golf course, but that didn't stop us striding to the Trig Point and trying to spot the Welsh, Malvern and Lickey Hills.
We heard the steam train in the valley and could spot it as it weaved its way among the trees.
A fabulous way to sopnd a couple of hours of summer sunshine

Full disclosure, my pup and I are cityfolk. The trails were not obvious to me. We were about a quarter around before I even noticed them. But, the experience was great- kids, dogs, golfers, cyclists, and SHEEP!

We were so lucky that we had a beautiful day of clear skies to enjoy a wonderful walk around Cleeve Hill. We did the 6 mile circular walk with a picnic half way round. Fantastic views!

I have enjoyed walking across Cleeve hill recently as part of my lockdown exercise, stunning vistas especially on a clear day you can see the black mountains of wales.

Whilst this is a popular spot with many different walking trails on offer, when you are up on the common, there is more than enough room for everyone and the expansive feel & sense of freedom is great.

I am probably a fan of a bit more secluded areas so I preferred looking towards the Malvern Hills in the distance rather than towards the urban mass of Cheltenham, but nevertheless the views of the racecourse are still very impressive.

We parked at the old quarry car park and from there you can easily do a lovely circuit walking out to the 3 masts & then back via the trig point, all whilst walking through the middle of the quirkily located golf course!

Well worth our 50 mile drive to walk around the common. Amazing views, it's a very clean common, hundreds and hundreds of paths/walkways to choose from and you can walk for miles. Lots of room and having a golf course in the middle of it all a bit surreal! Wrap up warm though its a bit blowy and 'fresh' up there!

Well worth a visit - Use Quarry Bank car park as well.
