The park and it’s surrounds are very well looked after. The lake setting is attractive and well used by waterfowl. It is very convenient to walk across to the supermarket for a sandwich and return to ponder.

We are very lucky to have this park on our doorstep ...not only is it beautiful in the different seasons it's great to walk the dogs round ..it has a lovely lake to walk round ..it also contains a museum in the park also a...More

This place really does have it all. Ducks a brilliant park for the kids a swimming pool and a free museum just to put the icing on the cake. I live locally so it's easy to take for granted what a brilliant place this is...More

Nice walk with a free museum but they do like donations , please feel free to feed the ducks etc but with only seed as bread encourages rats
