Beautiful view can see of miles on a sunny day. The arcade is great has 3 of them in total something's are good but sometimes a rip off. Great shops to get ice cream and chips nearby you can even sit on the beach and eat your ice cream.

Brings back childhood memories. You can even watch the hovercraft landing and departing from vantage points. Lovely cafes too.

Clarence Pier (aka Fun Acres) is not as it used to be in my childhood from the 70's or early 80's. However, having said that you get what fun you want from it depending upon what you want. Traditional Fish n chips that are not that much overpriced & are quite tasty. Lots of 2p pusher type machines in the... More

Mostly closed in the winter bar the crazy golf and amusement arcades, but busy in the summer with traditional fairground attractions packed into a small area. But its no alton towers, and a bit run down now. Still, its a bit of old tradition in a modern age.

Can't beat it. Especially if you're in Pirate Pete's when you can have the food delivered to your table and you have a sea view.

This pier and surrounding area contains an arcade and other traditional seaside entertainments. It's a bit run down but that is part of its appeal.

We only went to the amusements for a bit of fun but only stayed 20 minutes.I haven't been here years but forgot how noisy it is. All the machines and flashing lights made me realise I'm too old for it now.

Clarence pier and amusement park is a shadow of what it used to be. Not many rides and attractions, and there is an order of fast food outlets.

All the best arcades (take cash out before you go as their machines charge), fresh doughnuts and sweets, a fairground and fish & chips, all on the seafront.. Common behind it. Perfec!
